National Highway 1 at the Zhongzheng Interchange, turn right. Go straight through Zhongzheng Road, then Wufu Road and turn left onto Qixian 3rd Road. Pass the Kaohsiung Port Archway, turn right onto Linhaixin Road, turn left onto Jiexing 2nd Street, turn left onto Binhai 1st Street, turn right onto Gushan 1st Street, and then turn left onto Jiexing 1st Street.


◎ Boarding Steps

1. Preparing to Board
(1) Please arrive at the waiting room early to wait for notification for customs clearance and verification. Passengers should prepare their boarding pass and identification documents (such as ID card, driver's license, health insurance card, household registration, etc.) for on-site staff to verify their identity. Please complete customs clearance 30 minutes before the departure time of the day.
(2) After clearing customs, follow the staff's instructions to board the ship via the boarding ladder. The boarding ladder is provided by the port management company at each port. If not, you will board/disembark via the ship's ramp.
(3) For your safety, please follow the staff's instructions when boarding the ship. Do not approach the ship's edge or the dock.
(4) All cabins/seats on board are numbered. There may be movement during the voyage. Please take your seat promptly according to the number marked on your boarding pass. Do not occupy other people's seats, and please cooperate with the onboard staff in checking.
(5) If you require special assistance, please notify us as soon as possible to facilitate advance arrangements.
(6) This ship is equipped with accessible ramps and elevators to assist those with limited mobility or who are unable to walk independently. Please consult with the staff in advance if you require such assistance.
(7) Smoking is prohibited. In accordance with tobacco control regulations and to maintain cabin air quality, smoking is prohibited throughout this ship. Thank you for your cooperation.

◎ Burial at Sea: Passengers' Observances on Board

I. Passenger's Belongings Inspection
(I) 1. No vehicles or checked luggage are accepted. 2. The total dimensions of a personal carry-on bag must not exceed 55 cm in length, 45 cm in width, and 45 cm in height, and the weight must not exceed 15 kg. 3. Passengers must carefully take care of their belongings when bringing onboard and storing them onboard (cremains bags are stored in designated lockers). Cremated ashes must not be placed in aisles or other areas that obstruct safe escape, or in other seating or public areas. 4. The captain or carrier is not responsible for the safekeeping of passengers' personal belongings brought onboard. Valuable items should be kept with you to prevent theft. 5. If lost onboard, please notify the crew immediately for assistance.
(2) For sea burials, to protect the marine environment, burial objects such as walking sticks, fishing rods, and other personal items, as well as offerings (after the first seven days of mourning/liberation ceremony) such as paper money, wreaths, flower baskets, paper shrines, ritual lions, canned food baskets, rice towers, incense burners, etc.,
are not allowed onboard. (3) To avoid disturbing others, musical instruments such as loudspeakers, keyboards, suonas, gongs, and drums are not allowed onboard.
(IV) It is strictly forbidden to carry dangerous items such as knives, guns, and tools that can hurt people; poisons (agents) and infectious substances such as pesticides, herbicides, active filterable viruses, etc. Or flammable materials such as gasoline, diesel and other fuel oils, matches, paints, lighters, etc., radioactive materials; oxidizing materials such as bleach (water, powder), industrial hydrogen peroxide, etc.

2. This ship has the right to refuse to carry passengers with special identities
(I) Funeral and sea burial are special mission non-tourist ships. Try to avoid infants and people with mobility difficulties and pets. If necessary and in good health, please purchase tickets in the same way as ordinary people.
(II) The necessary needs, comfort and other rights and safety precautions of baby strollers, wheelchairs for people with mobility difficulties and pets in cages or wearing masks and leashes are the responsibility of family members. Please do not dirty the seats or let them urinate or defecate directly on the deck area. Maintaining a good environment is everyone's responsibility.
(III) If you need assistance tools such as wheelchairs, please consult the service staff in advance.
(4) Infants, persons with limited mobility, and pets carried by passengers may not claim any compensation from the co-organizers or agents for any incidents that occur during the voyage; claims can only be made in accordance with the insurance contract.
(5) Parade or ceremonial guards may not be hired on board.

3. Pay attention to safety during the voyage
(1) After the ship leaves the dock, passengers should watch the safety video and instructions for using emergency escape equipment played on board.
(2) Passengers are requested to strictly follow the prohibition signs in various dangerous areas to prevent accidents and read the instructions for using escape equipment in detail, just in case.
(3) Climbing railings and entering non-open areas are strictly prohibited.
(4) Passengers on board should follow the instructions of the captain and abide by the order on board. Passengers shall not engage in excessive drinking, gambling, or other illegal activities on board. If any of the above regulations are violated, the captain has the right to stop them. If they refuse to obey the stop, the captain may enforce it and may invite other passengers to witness. If any dangerous behavior may affect the safety of the ship or passengers, the captain may order them to leave the ship or temporarily isolate them.
(5) In case of bad weather, passengers should follow the captain's instructions to enter the cabin and take a seat. They are not allowed to stay on the deck outside the cabin. From early November to March of the following year, due to the strong northeast monsoon in the Taiwan Strait, the wind and waves are relatively large, so please pay more attention to safety when taking the ship.
(6) Passengers who are prone to seasickness should take motion sickness (motion sickness) medicine 30 minutes to 1 hour before boarding to relieve seasickness. The medicine should be used according to the instructions to avoid overdose.
(7) Please do not run or play while on board to avoid falling and getting injured; do not occupy the aisle and affect traffic.

4. Matters that passengers should abide by in various ship facilities:
(1) Passenger restricted areas: including 1. The top of the ship is the bridge (driving room); 2. The main deck is the loading and unloading operation area; 3. The engine room on the bottom floor of the ship. Passengers are strictly prohibited from entering the above three non-open areas.
(2) Public Areas: 1. Each deck (including the inner bottom deck) is connected to the bow and stern by inclined stairs and vertical elevators; 2. The forward lounge on each deck is equipped with a public men's and women's restroom, a tea room, a medical room (also serving as a grief counseling room), and a public walkway; 3. The seating area in the middle lobby of each deck is equipped with coin-operated vending machines, selling products such as eco-friendly bouquets, eco-friendly wreaths, and boxed eco-friendly petals; as well as vending machines for bento boxes and drinks. In addition, there are lockers on both sides of the stern elevator for free storage of urn bags; 4. Above Deck A is the viewing banquet hall and platform (※capacity restrictions apply); 5. The lower level of the ship houses a banquet restaurant, which provides a limited number of free sweet drinks per person.
(3) No acts that interfere with the use of public areas or damage public property shall be permitted. When using public areas, proper maintenance shall be exercised. In the event of damage, loss, or malicious destruction, the perpetrator shall be responsible for compensation or restoration.
(4) This ship is a funeral ship. Please keep the volume down and avoid disturbing others. Please follow the advice of the ship's management. Do not make noise, have revelries, or disturb the peace, so as not to affect the rights of other passengers. ( 5
) Public facilities should be restored to their original state after use. Items not provided by this ship should be removed and taken away by yourself after the ceremony.

(I) Ceremony process - 1. Play the farewell song and prepare for farewell. 2. View the remains and lay flowers and blessings. 3. Announcement will be broadcast 10 minutes before the burial ceremony. Take advantage of your private time and draw the curtain to talk privately with the deceased before the farewell. 4. Family and friends pay their final respects and say goodbye. 5. The burial ceremony is completed.
(II) 12-person and 6-person halls - 1. The hall has been equipped with electronic mourning couplets. Physical mourning couplets are prohibited. 2. Please use the electronic mourning couplet multimedia screen provided in the hall to play the life story. 3. The ceremony is limited to the hall and the volume is controlled to avoid disturbing others.
(III) Aft hall - Same as above. Please follow the instructions of the cabin attendant. This area is only open for simple worship, with a maximum duration of 50 minutes (the last 10 minutes of each hour are used for rotation).

2. To maintain safety and avoid causing disasters or triggering sprinkler alarms, use of electrical appliances exceeding the cabin's safe power rating is prohibited. Cooking, using candles, incense, torches, firecrackers, lighting oil lamps, burning paper money, or other dangerous items are prohibited. If any of the above acts cause a disaster or trigger sprinkler alarms, the perpetrator will be held legally responsible and liable for compensation.

3. Maintain a clean and tidy environment to prevent the breeding of cockroaches, mosquitoes, and rodents. The use of tape or other materials, the scattering of paper money, offering food, offering fruit, chewing betel nuts, smoking, littering, or causing disorder are prohibited. All activities should be done to maintain a healthy funeral environment.

4. To protect the marine ecosystem, the placement of burial objects in the coffin is prohibited.

5. Other ceremonial activities that violate laws or public order and good morals are prohibited. Instructions from the cabin attendant must be followed.

5. If any violation of the provisions of these regulations occurs, the ship's management may order the violation to make corrections or take the following control measures:
(1) Direct compulsory measures such as relocation, removal, and power outages, depending on the severity of the violation.
(2) If the violation fails to be corrected within the specified time limit, the ship's management may perform the obligation on the violation's behalf, and the incurred expenses

Dangers, disasters, or accidents at sea or on the route.
Fires not caused by the carrier's own intentional or negligent acts.
Acts of God, acts of war, riots, and acts of public enemies.
Arrest, restriction, or detention by a person with authority under judicial procedures.
Quarantine restrictions.
Strikes or other labor accidents.
Saving or attempting to save life or property at sea.
Other circumstances not caused by the intent or negligence of the carrier or shipowner, or the negligence of their agents or servants. Deviation
from the voyage to save or attempt to save life or property at sea, or for other legitimate reasons, shall not be considered a breach of the contract of carriage, and the shipowner or carrier shall not be liable for damage or loss resulting therefrom.
