2. Cancellation/Refund |

If the applicant is unable to use the service after receiving the service agreement, he/she should notify the co-organizer through the agent (the original payment receipt and ship certificate will be invalidated) by taking a photo or scanning the written "Co-organizer Service Change Agreement" to cancel the service. The applicant may apply for a refund according to the following regulations: |

(1) If the service is cancelled 72 hours before midnight on the funeral day, the full amount paid will be refunded within 30 days. |
|||||||
(2) If the service is cancelled 48 to 71 hours before midnight on the funeral day, the insurance premium and half of the remaining payment will be refunded within 30 days; or if the service is changed to a family member not accompanying the funeral, the insurance premium will be refunded within 30 days and only the transportation fee and the agency sea burial fee will be charged. |

(3) If the service is cancelled between 47 and 00:00 on the funeral day, the applicant will be required to collect the body on their own. The amount paid will not be refunded, and the applicant will have to pay the body freezing fee/casket storage fee in accordance with the Taipei City Funeral and Interment Office. If the service is cancelled between 47 and 00:00 on the funeral day, the applicant will have ... pay the insurance premium within 30 days, and only the collection fee and the sea burial agency fee will be charged. |

(4) If the voyage is cancelled due to bad weather or force majeure, the applicant may choose to have the full amount paid refunded within 30 days; or choose to arrange another service time. |

(5) If a passenger fails to board the vessel on time or poses a risk to health or navigation safety, and the captain, in accordance with his authority, takes emergency measures and forces him to leave the vessel, the applicant shall still pay the full amount. |

(6) After completing the application for funeral and sea burial assistance services, the service may not be transferred to another person for use. |
