Upon cancellation of a membership card, the company will fully refund the annual membership fee, but only within the one-year validity period of the membership card, and only the annual membership fee paid for the current year will be refunded.
6. Membership cards are company assets and must be returned to the company upon the expiration of the membership card's validity period, a refund, or cancellation of membership by the company.
II. Membership Card Validity Period and Renewal Application
1. Renewal Validity Period: For renewals made within two months of the card's expiration date, the validity period is 12 months from the original expiration date. For renewals made more than two months after the card's expiration date, the validity period is 12 months from the renewal date.
2. The company will send a renewal notification letter to members annually. No card replacement is required for renewal. Renewal and payment can be made using any of the following methods (please contact the Membership Department counter for details):
(1) Renew online through the company's website: www.bd688.com For automatic renewal using our member credit card, starting September 1, 2025, the e-invoice for automatic renewal will be automatically deposited into your member credit card. Members who have already opted for automatic renewal will request payment and renew their membership in the month their card expires; no renewal notification letter will be sent.
3. When renewing membership, members must pay the full annual fee in one lump sum.
